I am a 32 year old wife, mother and step-mother, teacher, pet owner, Jesus lover, coffee addict, book and movie lover, pinterest enthusiast, clothes hoarder, and amateur photographer.
I have taught for nearly 10 years. I have mostly taught ELAR in the upper elementary grades. I am passionate about reading and writing and motivating students to be successful in these areas.
I want to share a critical issue that is a hot topic at my own school and many other schools with ELLs and diverse populations. My hope is that I am able to bring light to an issue that needs our attention and that you learn something you are able to use in your own classroom.
